Hossain Chowdhury & Co (HCCO), Chartered Accountants, a leading and promising professional services providing firm started its Journey as a Public Accounting practice after having received the approval from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) at the end of December 2021.
The HCCO has started its journey with its two partners (Chartered Accountant, CPA & CPFA) and a group of young, promising, and seasoned professionals to provide client satisfactory services with an objective to value creation. The partners have over 30 years hands on experience in diverse fields, both at the national and international level. The partners have worked in private sectors, government sectors, Educational Institutions, NGOs and United Nations Agencies (UNDP, UNHCR & UN-Women). During their long journey, the partners have contributed in the fields of auditing including risk based audit, accounting, financial management, procurement and supply chain management, taxation, fraud examination, conducting of investigations, business development including log-term project viability analysis, change management, management consultancy, corporate finance, secretarial services, information technology, consultancy in public offering and fund raising, feasibility and market study, capacity and due diligent assessments, policy and SOPs development, delivery chain and risk mapping analysis, macroeconomic analyses, value for money (Vfm) analysis, conducting of training including developing of training materials, cause-effect analysis related to low delivery, aid-effectiveness analysis including developing of mechanism of how to effectively utilized scares resources, accountability framework development, oversight, design of accounting and internal control system, risk management, reporting, etc. We provide guidance and training to our team members before we deploy them to the clients that facilitates to ensure client satisfaction and value creation.
